Growth OS
Application Head of Marketing & Growth · Kian Shirkhani

The Neon Company
Growth OS.

One marketing machine. Built for structure, speed and scale.

On this page I show how I would structure your marketing as a system, which opportunities I see from the outside, and how I would approach the first months.

The shift

From founder-led marketing to a scalable growth system.

The Neon Company already has the ingredients: a premium product, international demand across Europe and the US, 20,000+ customers including Netflix, Nike, Coca-Cola and Audi, in-house production and a team that built the largest neon company in Europe without a marketing department.

The next step is not more campaigns, more content or more traffic. The opportunity is in connecting what already exists: brand, content, paid media, creators, partnerships and data into one measurable growth system.

Current phase

Strong foundation

Premium product, in-house production, proven demand across 16 markets, 20,000+ customers and strong brand references.

01Where we are
Next bottleneck

Untapped opportunities

Content is visually strong but still lacks a conversion path. Channels like TikTok and Pinterest are ready but not yet structurally used. Creator collaborations have potential but no consistent CTA structure.

02Where we are
Next phase

Growth OS

A connected system where every channel, campaign and customer outcome feeds the next layer of growth.

03Where we go
The Core Loop

Brand, content, creators, affiliate and growth as one connected system, applied to The Neon Company.

Marketing as a system,
not as scattered activity.

Not a linear funnel. A loop where every delivered sign feeds new attention, new orders and new growth.

Growth
OS
    • TikTok reveals and light-on moments
    • Pinterest inspiration per use case
    • Creator content with consistent CTA structure
    • Customer UGC repurposed as ad creative
    • Use-case storytelling (hospitality, wedding, office, retail)
    • Creative testing per format and market

Every delivered sign
should become a growth asset.

Customer outcomes feed the content engine, paid creative, social proof, partnerships, SEO and the next sale. How that currently works internally is something I would want to understand first, to see where there is room to grow.

The Roadmap

First 6 months,
three deliberate phases.

If I start in this role, I would approach the first six months in three phases.

What’s outlined here is how I would approach the first six months based on what I know today. During the first month I run a thorough audit to adjust this plan to what’s actually needed.

Understand what works, where growth leaks and what deserves priority.

The first month is about clarity and momentum. I would analyze the current channels, walk through the customer journey from quote to delivery, and have sessions with the Google and Meta agencies to understand their output before giving direction. I would also want to investigate how follow-up after quotes and purchases currently works, and where there is room to improve. At the same time I build a quick-win backlog: improvements that can make fast impact without overhauling the entire system.

Closing

Why this role fits
how I think and work.

What appeals to me about this role is that The Neon Company doesn’t need someone who only optimizes campaigns, but someone who brings structure, connects engines and makes marketing work as a system.

Some elements of this role are new to me at international e-commerce scale. But the way it needs to be built is exactly how I think and work.

This page is not a complete strategy plan. It is a first look at how I would approach the challenge: by connecting all the moving parts of marketing into one Growth OS.
